LOCAL LIFE
Bon Marche sells pretty much any food product you can think of but is heavy on the fruit and vegetables. Here you’ll find your typical salad items, plus kale, cilantro, Thai basil, mango, papaya, dragon fruit, watermelon, guava and much more. All of it is grown by local farmers and all is the freshest you will see in South of Thailand. Buying from fisherman and people around the beach.
ARTISAN & FABRIC
With sklls that are passed down for generations, the art of Thai crafts has long been a reflection of Thai people's creativity and ingenuity. The intricate detail and meticulous methods is a display of inventiveness, and the elaborate designs proof of perseverance. Moreover, the abundance of natural materials such as wicker, palm leaves, rattan and coconuts make it possible for Thais to produce beautiful and inexpensive handicrafts.

The focal point is Fisherman’s Village, once an actual base for fishers that gradually transformed into a cluster of tourist-oriented shops, art galleries and eateries. These often blur the line between tasteful and kitsch but are always fun to poke around. While the village is worth a look at any time, it really wakes up for the Friday evening “walking street” that’s widely considered the best night market on Koh Mook.
